- Strunjan Beach offers numerous trees providing natural shade and a children's playground. There are also showers and an information booth where you can rent beach equipment. Sun loungers and beach gazebos can also be rented. There is no entrance fee. It's a perfect vacation destination for all travelers who want to enjoy the beauty of nature :)
Strunjan is a less developed tourist destination compared to the nearby Portorož, although there are hotels here catering to those seeking a quieter retreat. The residents are still engaged in the cultivation of early vegetables, fruit farming, vineyards, and olive groves. A part of the area with the settlement is protected as a Landscape Park: Laguna Stjuža, Pine Tree Alley, and Strunjan Salt Pans. If you decide to visit Strunjan, you musn't miss the Kaki Festival.
