Yeah when we saw the monsters doing cool shit!! I loved it only when we wasn’t cutting to mf Bobby brown to do that dumb subplot.
A lot of the fighting is hidden behind darkness, smoke, snow, and water throughout the movie and that's an automatic deduction. It's worse when we cut away mid fight to watch a subplot literally nobody cares about. Had the humans just died and stopped wasting our time with their bullshit, nobody would've complained and most would've cheered.

He did, and it definitely changed Godzilla's body much more, but it seems less powerful than absorbing Mothra's remains. After all, simply compare the damage Godzilla did in his Fire/Thermonuclear form and compare that to Godzilla's atomic breath from GxK. There is no doubt that GxK Godzilla is the more physically oriented combatant of the two though.

Re-watching this scene after GxK. This is one of the most powerful scenes in Godzilla history, the victorious and royale music and cinematography is perfect. Truly something that nowadays is not seen much. I hope the next Godzilla solo/centered movie takes a similar path, the king needs some recognition after being left as a secondary character on the recent movies

I doubt having Godzilla go thermo on any creature counts as a win.
Remember, Mothra before dying did something to Godzilla before he entered this phase. And we clearly see that with the pulse attack having her wing design and her roar.
Godzilla CAN still go into such a form imo, it's just releasing all of the energy like a bomb. But without Mothra he'd probably die in the end, here he didn't thanks to her.
So if Shiro manages to create enough of a barrier and survive, Godzilla will most likely die in the end. But of course, big G is smart enough to not give her such an opportunity.

Second of all, they had to make it look like Kong is gonna win because we all know Kong won’t do shit against Godzilla, so they didn’t wanna make it one-sided. But thing is, even though I like Godzilla more, they are both iconic and it would suck if either one of them died, and they already showed Mechagodzilla in the trailer and every single time he shows up, he is a Godzilla lookalike who paints him in a bad light. So this is more Kong vs Mechagodzilla, and Godzilla comes in later in the movie and joins Kong to fuck him up

From what I heard, the novel for the movie states that Kong heard the summons from King Ghidorah but ignored it. He also kept the Skull Crawlers from answering the summons as well.

Ghidorah’s original home planet was said to be Venus. We don’t know if this is true in the modern Monsterverse, but he at least had to come from a planet similar to Venus’ climate and atmosphere which means he should be used to extreme heat. So I can only imagine how hot Nuclear Godzilla must’ve gotten to literally burn Ghidorah’s wings and two heads off.
its the mothra heat that helped godzilla since she sacrificed herself to absorb ghidorah's beam or smth and then gave it to godzilla, thats why it's either near the sun's radioactive heat or degree's/celcius
