    I did this to my fireball it is so smooth and sensitive. When it sleeps it doesn't make a whirling noise either. Thank u soooooo much.

    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety +2

    For a Fireball I would recommend you use petroleum jelly - vaseline. It will solve your return problem.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 13 lety

    It depends what tricks you are looking to do. They are both intermediate yo-yos that work well for string tricks. If you're looking to perform more looping tricks my suggestion is the Raider EX.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 13 lety +1

    If your purchasing your first ball bearing yo-yo the Raider is a good choice. The Fireball has a transaxle system in it.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @VelocityTutorials you want to make sure you get a good amount of vaseline on the steel axle and then put the plastic spool back on it. With continuous use, you may have to keep up with maintenance.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety +1

    You do not want to use spray oils as they will damage the plastic. Use only vaseline or mineral / baby oil. Vasline is recommend for the Fireball.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @KatieRoseH You want to make sure you have it strung properly and you also need to have a good straight throw. Make sure your throw is good - a yoyo that turns or spins sideways is often from a bad throw.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @AngelD2K - The Power Spin will need a good strong throw to get a good long sleeper. Be patient and practice your technique. When you get the hang of it and your skills grow you may then want to move up to a ball bearing yoyo like the Raider or Maverick - they will give you longer sleep times.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @VelocityTutorials the way to fix that is to practice, practice, practice. Also, making sure your string is attached to your middle / index finger will help. For more info on getting a good straight throw, watch the sleeper or intro videos.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @HAFhotandfluffy - if your XP won't return well in the OFF position then you will need to put some lubricant on the axle. You can try mineral oil or a small amount of vaseline on this model.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 13 lety

    You're welcome!

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @Freak1857 vaseline can be used on the XP Wing. For the Brain its best to use a mineral or baby oil.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    Hi Yoer - if a Yomega yoyo is not returning to your hand, then the problem is most likely the need to put some lubricant on the axle. If you have a Brain model, that lubricant should be Brain Lube, Mineral oil or baby oil. If you have a Fireball or Power Spin, that lube should be vaseline / petroleum jelly.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @VelocityTutorials Practice, practice, practice. Make sure you attached the string to your middle finger between the first and second knuckle - toward the end of your finger. Then make sure you throw the yoyo down straight......you'll get it.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @Jojobreack324 you should try vaseline on the steel axle as shown in this video. you all need to make sure the yoyo is strung properly.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @bodhi46 yes, it would also work on the PSGWing.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @Jojobreack324. Vaseline can be purchased at any pharmacy store or stores like Wamart, Target, CVS or any store like them.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @NickDaStudxD - vaseline should only be used on transaxle yoyos like the Fireball, Power Spin Glow wing or Power Brain XP models.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    The lubricant needs to be applied to the steel axle. For best results, use vaseline or petroleum jelly -

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 13 lety +2

    @chili967 To lube the bearing, use baby oil or mineral oil - both wil work to make the yoyo more reponsive. Just make sure you don't get any lube on the string. For more help, contact info@yomega.com

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @Alan12345680 no problem, just clean it off and try again. Lube the axle not the spool :)

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @pokespriters959 For a Raider or other bearing yoyo, you want to use baby, mineral or Yomega lube - don't use Vaseline on a ball bearing yoyo. :)

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    Yes, if you find your Fireball not coming back to your hand it is time for some lube. Ooch recommend a little vaseline / petroleum jelly on the axle.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    @medsoluk practice, practice, practice - it will come to you and wiht a proper throw you won't have any tangles. The Yomega Mania DVD can help.

    One question. I recently found my Raider (Red one, epical win) outside in my dad's car. it had been there for a long time and it had been a COLD winter. Now my Raider doesn't come apart so easily, forcing me to use a little bit of force to undo it. Is there something I can do about that?

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    Vaseline should ONLY be used on transaxle yoyos like the Fireball. For Brain and Ball Bearing yoyos use either Yomega lube or baby / mineral oil. For Dash, to make it more responsive use some mineral oil on the axle and side of the bearing.

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 13 lety

    No, there is only one type of Fireball yo-yo. There are a few different pad prints and colors available in the Fireball ranging in black cap and semi solid models. All the Fireballs have the same internal components. Also, the Power Spin Glow Wing has the same internals as the Fireball but has a wing shape.

    @yomegacorp  Před 14 lety

    if it won't sleep you need to make sure its strung properly and that the string is not pinched or knotted inside. If you continue to have trouble email yomega for assistance

  • @yomegacorp
    @yomegacorp  Před 13 lety

    The yo-yo shown in this video is the Fireball and has the same internal parts as the original Fireball. The only difference is the pad print (logo) imprinted on it. The pad print featured on this yo-yo is sold overseas.

  • @yomegacorp
