This is very true! Working at a local gas station we had a whole section of the candy shelving dedicated to reeses and all its variations. So many good choices!

I wholeheartedly believe that seasonal and even some smaller “snack sized” candies are made differently to taste better than the regular full sized bars you get at the checkout or the gas station. That’s a theory I need tested. Blind taste test: full size, king size, fun size, snack size, holiday theme.. which tastes the best?!?

The only reason why Reese’s didn’t win is because it lost to Reese’s. Imagine if there was another Reese’s… I don’t think Reese’s would have gone too far, but maybe Reese’s would fared better.

You guys should do a comparison of "normal" candy bars and their special counterparts to see which is better. Like the regular Reese's vs. Easter Egg Reese's or Christmas Tree Reese's and regular Snickers vs. PB Snickers and stuff like that

We all know one of the Reese’s was going to win…y’all need to do the ultimate Reese’s taste test to determine the best Reese’s (ie Pieces, Christmas Tree, Easter Egg, etc.)
I love watching Rhett and Link. They have a way of making you feel like a friend regardless on their knowledge of your existence.
At this point they should just put a whole jar of peanut butter up for contest. It would probably win against any candy.

The peanut butter to chocolate ratio is imperative. I have found that the Reese’s Easter Egg variety is closest to perfection.
I like more chocolate per peanut butter, so for me reese’s hearts are best

@@SmartBlondeParadox I think it’s both the ratio and freshness. By virtue of their seasonality my theory is they’re made in smaller batches more often than regular cups.

I just happened to have a variety mix bag next to me, so I matched every candy I had to when you ate it and experienced the tastes as you judged. Must say, was a very interesting experience.
