This is awesome. I had a feeling this would work, but wanted to verify it online. I’m an electrician apprentice who frequently comes home with scrap from what was torn out, small whips from extra that was cut off to terminate, or leftover pieces of spools that are too short for use in any practical application after jobs (no it’s never been stolen, it has been approved that I can have the scrap pieces or have been given to me), and I get a lot of pieces that are oxidized, but I’ve had some recyclers give me really shitty prices for it not being bright and shiny. Thanks dude. Much appreciated.

Vinegar is all you need because it is an acid...u can use other things like ketchup that have vinegar in it... oxygen is paramagnetic...which is why things oxidize...acids steal electrons ...which is why they work good to clean metals... electricity is oxidation... which is why you can clean oxidation with electricity...all u need to do is put a sacrificial metal so what u are cleaning will give up it's oxidation to it

@@daibhiseaghdha153 iron that is not all rusty because you are trying to send the rust/oxidation to it...use a piece with about the same amount of surface area you are trying to clean..if you plan on using electrolysis. I don't know more information so that's all I can tell you but I can say just want to watch it often because your are taking material off of it after all...if it's only mild to moderate your best bet is to just soak in vinegar for a little bit and it will make the oxidation come off relatively easily with rubbing it gently to moderately...then rinse when done and dry and buff it to a shine if that's what you want to do

Mithun Nathan oooh you're wrong.....coke will scrub the shit out of your teeth, so much so that they will be cleaned away to nasty little stubs (lol)

Dumpster Marcus thing with vinegar is it is reusable, coke not so much. It's much much cheaper to get a gallon of the cheapest vinegar and reuse it.
But, if you want some real tips that will save you a heap of money......buy powdered acetic acid, or alternatively citric acid. They are both incredibly cheap and work very well. My local hardware store sells citric acid 250g for £1. You only need a couple of tablespoons per run and it gives the same results.

So pricing it up, the citric works out about 20p per gallon, and that is using citric in excess, it will be good for 3 runs, so around 7p per run. I use it to clean copper for smelting, I don't want to add any unwanted oxides, always worked well for me 😊

Thanks for the tip, man!!! BUT, let's talk about your cardiovascular health. I mean, if you're putting that much sodium on a steak, there's got to be some risk involved🥩🧂❤️🏥😂😂😂😂

You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. You must love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus the anointed is Lord! Repent and be baptized and believe the Gospel.
