This is honestly the FUNNIEST vid that I ever seen whenever Sonic and his friends making jokes about Eggman's super form, until they realize Eggman has all the chaos emeralds before Sonic could even had a chance to use them against him once again. I could imagine Eggman growing golden hair from his head, moustache, and his new set of clothes including his glasses all golden. Now that is... Super Eggman without no technologies, his gadgets, he'd be a powerful SUPER villain.
Well, anything is possible when it comes to the multiverse. So, who knows? Maybe there's a universe where Eggman really DOES have a Super form(even though it makes him look like a Super Saiyan, which is a Dragon Ball thing)...
What's funny about this is everyone is talking about how Eggman goes Super in the second Sonic movie. But what people aren't thinking about is the implications of him doing that. The movies just told us that anything goes with the Emeralds. Sonic and Shadow might not be the only two characters that turn Super if the movies go on long enough. It could be anyone.

I think the reason superman doesn’t go super is because how inefficient it is. He can use his machines to seep off the power indefinitely but if someone’s uses it to go super then the emeralds will eventually split up and fly away In different directions. Metal Sonic probably could go super indefinitely but only because he’s a machine.

The show had a special called "Quest for the Chaos Emeralds", which is where the emeralds appear.
I love how Eggman legit goes Super Mode and they still continue to question and belittle him.
