In 2010 when the feds tightened up pain relievers distribution it created an environment ripe for fentanyl to be used to cut illicit drug cost by cutting them with fentanyl. Cutting illicit drugs with fentanyl doesn't produce the same as prescription drug use. So by the history you can blame Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Regan, Bush, Clinton or Bush for the creation an proliferation of the drug to the point that the citizens were aware of the strength of the drug. Or you can blame Obama for the curtailment of the legalized use leading to the current epidemic But yes you can blame Trump for not spotting the build up the current epidemic. We need to be more careful who we vote into congress and senate everyone. If they hadn't approved Biden's caninet, we wouldn't be in this mess! They need to impeach everyone and start all over!
Except this isn't an issue of those in the House of Senate as they create the laws. This is about who is elected to the Executive Branch as they are the ones that either enforce or decline enforcement of the laws Congress pass. So be careful of who you allow into the White House.
