Dumb people always blame others for their lack of carefulness 😂 one guy had his rottweilers free and one of them attacked me for no reason and the first thing he said was "I wasn't expecting anyone to be here"
I drove safely without an accident for almost 30 years. In the last several years, every accident I have been involved in or even just stopped because I was a witness to it, had some moron on their cell phone. I saw one of them in my mirror, while I was stopped behind a school bus WITH FLASHING LIGHTS. She hit me full speed, never looked up from her phone. Another guy hit the car behind me. She had to stop in a hurry (we were on a country road with lots of wildlife, I braked and she had to stop to not hit me. She didn't hit me, but the guy on the phone behind her blew off a red light AND was going at least ten over when he hit her. No surprise, his phone was in his hand when he got out of the car. Later, when we went to court about the tickets and were waiting to testify in front of the judge, the moron STILL couldn't put his phone down, despite the signs and Bailiffs telling him to do so. I was very glad to point that out to the judge. He also admitted that his dad was was buying him a new car, after he totaled the first (expensive) one. Some people never learn.
It isn’t just their fault. My wife and I got t boned off the road by a driver coming through a give way sign. She admitted she’d hit the accelerator rather than the brake because she’d panicked. She wrote off two cars and put my 8 month pregnant wife and me in hospital. The police took absolutely no action because they said it wasn’t in the public interest. They even had the fucking audacity to question our insurance. When you have a police service that chooses not to prosecute law breakers and then harasses those who question the decision, any concept of justice evaporates and shitheads continue to thrive.
@Mark Jeffers My desire for revenge is tempered by looking at the matter objectively. She didn’t intend to cause an accident. She made a very stupid mistake for which she should have received a fine and some points off her license at minimum. The fact that she didn’t is solely down to the police, who, for whatever reason, most probably funding, failed to see the matter through. There was never any malice or intent from the driver, just a failure by police to act appropriately. Nobody died. The police were out of order and should have done better. For all that, I’m not about to start harassing people for the faults of others. We caused the police more shit that they bargained for in the ensuing months, lawyers and judges got involved and whatever hassle they saved themselves in the first instance came back and cost them a lot more in the long run. Sometimes, a subtle approach is better.
I wouldn't be surprised if the reason she was so mad was because she was uninsured, rather than thinking she was in the right. people who drive like that tend not to have insurance.
@@shropshireladoutdoors743 if insurance firms can increase you're premium by saying you was partly to blame I've been their but with a dashcam you have concrete evidence date stamped time stamped etc mines on as soon as I start the car 😊
@@davesaunders59 yep! It’s worth every penny. That was until I reviewed my footage when I got home. Let’s just say he didn’t have a leg to stand on with the insurance companies. Bad drivers will always blame someone else.
In my country ...Spain... They are illegal because of an annoying law of privacy that is a legal empty. You can have it, you can record, you can manage to your insurer but in the trial, the judge can declare on 99% of the times those footages ILLEGAL because of privacy right. You need to blur off all faces, plates and streets, after that, those footages will be declared as "Edited" and not elegibles to demonstrate nothing.
The UK has the 4th highest insurance costs in the world. I suppose one of the reasons behind it is more accidents and claims etc therefore footage is must when supplying evidence in court. Especially with the amount of insurance scams going on too, which is another reason why our insurance costs on average is high.
The worrying thing is that the woman genuinely doesn't believe she's at fault. I don't think she's pretending to be the victim, I think she actually believes she is
Of course she is the victim. She is young westen woman, so she a victim. They are always victim, no matter how. All media has been repeaing that shit for years, many, almost all them, have adopted it as truth.

I still managed to catch up going 45, I flipped her off and told her to stop giving head while driving.
Is it just me or was she on the wrong side of the road when she cut him off? I think she was distracted by being on her phone and paid too much attention to being on the wrong side of the road. Either way she’s not a good driver at all
I am not from the UK and have never driven there and don't know the signs, etc, but just guessing from the white lines on the road, it seemed perfectly clear that the gentleman had the right of way. Not only did she have to give right of way to her left side, but she literally passed an inverted triangle sign *and* road marking. It scares me that this person got their license.
Actually as far as UK traffic rules are concerned, she had to give way to both directions of the intersecting major road, which is what the double dashed lines painted on the road signifies, (I learnt this from a driving examiner examiner).

Hey there Internet stranger, do you fancy helping out a random Internet blind guy and explain how the crash happened please? It would be greatly appreciated if you could 👍
Yes it is and it’s not because the driving test is not hard enough it’s mostly because drivers just think that doing things for the test is just for the test. The amount of times I have argued with people about mirror checks being important and steering with one hand. And I have to say most people don’t look or plan any further than one car and follow like sheep. What I think is after passing your first test you should only get it valid for 3 years just like the Rospa and Diamond tests. If you are not at the standard to drive safely and observe the roads then you should not be driving. Driving is not a requirement in life it takes skill and shouldn’t be accepted as something you can get for 70 years after 45 minutes driving.
So depressing , the person who is 100% in the wrong shouts 'how dare you' and more interested in her phone than ensuring all are uninjured. Pity anyone married to that woman .

@Joe Bloggs Assuming because of her mixed race the dad wasn't in the picture? It's mostly an issue in the black communities in America, not everywhere. And what says the dad was black?
She was obviously also on the phone while driving, because she was already talking to someone immediately after a car crash. So that's 2 traffic violations for her.

No cameras, no witnesses. Police gave us the full responsibility of the accident. From that moment we bought a dashcam, but it is useless in Italy because of privacy laws...I'm speechless.
Dashcam is so important here. I had the exact same experience 35 years ago. Travelling at about 25 mph a car came from a side road and I hit the rear quarter panel. The other cars momentum spun it around and flipped it onto its roof. The police charged her with careless driving but she was acquitted after lying in court and having her teenage children do the same. She claimed she stopped at the STOP line and inched out as I came out of nowhere and sped into them. She then sued me for the damage to her car and for her fractured wrist. She won that case after lying again and having her kids lie again. I demanded my insurers appeal and went so far as to speak to their legal department about it. Thankfully they believed me, sacked their outside legal team, and we won on appeal. Video evidence would have had her prosecuted and that would have been the end of it. Get a dashcam.
This woman is a menace to society! She should get her license revoked and brought back to the driving school, where she obviously belongs since she doesn't know what a give way sign is!!!

This is what happens when kids are brought up to believe that they are never wrong. What a sad individual.
@Mark Jeffers
My desire for revenge is tempered by looking at the matter objectively.
Sometimes, a subtle approach is better.

probably cuz he was like "welp, dont have to go to work today anymore and i'll get a new car for that sweet insurance she gonna pay up"
@@SaurusSineater yeah think this would be my mindset straight away after initial shock, "wondering what I can buy when this pays out?"
Sky reminds me of Bruce Willis at the end of Pulp Fiction when he was getting away and got into a car accident. The guy in the car was probably a hitman just keeping cool.
@@SaurusSineater You're assuming she was insured.
@@flipper2392 if not, even worse for her, she'll have to pay up from her pocket
With what happened and her reaction I’d say she hasn’t got a license
Now imagine if the driver was on a bike or a motorbike…
Using the old “ attack is the best form of defence “ tactic .
I bet she didn't realize it was her fault
Think you're giving her to much credit she doesn't remind me of someone that uses her brain all that much.
It's called being dramatic
She's a bitch
The saying is "offence is the best form of defence", or "defence is the best form of offence"
@@jakefinch5430 , second one makes no sense at all . I’ll stick with mine thanks
Bet that’s embarrassing for her, when the insurance company told her it’s her fault 🤣🤣
Oh yeah especially after the dash cam I wish I could hear the recording of her finding out
And you just know she’ll be all like ‘WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT WAS MY FAULT?? HOW FUCKING DARE YOU! FUCKING RIDICULOUS! HOOOOWW FUUUUUCKING DAAAAAARREEEE YOOOUUUUU!!!!!’ 😂😂
She probably has no insurance!
Lmao ... Insurance companies will say it was both their fault ..that way they can half their pay outs and fk both drivers for no claims bonuses for years to come. Biggest con going these days !!
Girl's fault? Lol. Rewind at 0:29 and slow-mo, you'll see the guy ramming the girl's left wheel. The guy will have to explain why he rammed into the girl's car.
She obviously thought attack was the best form of defence.
I think I see a "Yield" sign for the other driver.
