The camera set up from 10:38 to 11:42 was brilliant. Classic use of the frame and using all parts of the space within the frame to show depth and action: the tractor moving through the frame, right to left, front to back, then running straight toward the viewer, then under the tractor then the sky. Eric - do you study this or just know it intuitively. Every video is a new revelation.

I really enjoy your videos. It helps people understand what all it takes to get that bottle of milk on their table. I would be willing to bet that 90% of the people in the US has no idea how much work, the range of skills, and equipment it takes to run a dairy farm. Not to mention, the hours you keep. Thank you for posting. Oh, and thank you for not putting a bunch music on your videos, just your voice and the natural sounds of your equipment. My daughter's in-laws farm. They raise strictly feed crops, corn, wheat, & beans. That was my first exposure to what it costs to farm. The cost of seed, fertilizer, the equipment, etc. Their family has farmed there since the 1800's. So, at least I have had a bit of exposure, but, your videos bring it even farther, again, thank you.

Filling silo was always one of my favorite jobs on the farm. It was just two of us, milk in the morning, chop haylage that was cut the day before, cut more for the next day, milk, bed. Wash rinse repeat. I miss farm life.

Some artist work with oils, some artist work with water colors, some in clay or stone, but Eric, Eric is an artist that works with manure! Wait until you see the drone shots about mid-June. The dark green colors of the grass mixed in with the light green colors of the corn! Eric's canvas is measured in acres, his paintbrushes are planters and manure spreaders! And the best part about his art is that it's edible for the cows that make the milk that I drink by the gallon these days! Paint on Brother!

My grandmother was a farmer so I try to learn about farming to get a sense of what her life was like... :-)

I like to see how the farm is managed and how there is very little going to waste.Even your forage crops are spaced out so you always have new forage coming in and the cows get a varied diet.
