Only ever experienced this once in my life and it was accidental. I became aware I was dreaming when I heard a noise from outside of my room and it made me realize I was dreaming. After that I was able to control my dream. Unfortunately I woke shortly after, the experience was very short but very enlightening.

I have an amazing old book from 1931 called The Adventure of Mankind by Eugen Georg. Finding a physical copy is very rare but there is an online version you can read.
This book found me by some amazing synchronicities at a time I was searching for hidden knowledge. The author speaks of many things your guest speaks about and goes into Atlantis too. Highly recommend reading it.

I have been aware for a while now that i for the most part do not have true "astral projection's". I have learned this because my awareness often is drawn to my astral body which is clearly acting on a will of its own seemingly separate from my earth mind. As strange as this sounds most of this happened as a result of my relationship with what can best be described as a group servitor that at some point developed a will of its own separate from its original intended purpose.
