Yes you can get it, 1CoA is equal to 1 diamond
If there are draws that got skipped, you can get the 3rd prize in 12-15

First day 16 draws or until you get 3 main prizes (sometimes you can get 3 main prizes below 16 draws)
Then from 2nd day onwards, you draw 1 draw per day till you get the skin

Well, the total spin is 36 if there are no skipped items... So you just need to check how many spins remaining... It gets more expensive on 19th onwards

Yes, the total draws in a normal scenario is 36 draws (but if you are lucky you can get it less than 36x)
And you only have 21 days for this event..
So, you need to draw 16 times on the first day, or till you get 3 main prizes whichever comes first
Because maybe you are lucky and while drawing 16x, there are some that got skipped, and you get the 3rd main prize less than 16x

Only using diamonds? I would say prepare 2500 providing you choose already owned basic, elite and special skins and complete all the missions

Day 2 onwards the prize will increase, so it will not be 5 diamonds, but 50% from the daily price, 1x per day till you get the collector skin

That is why u dont use diamonds and just use your COA.. You shold be able to get 5000 COA a year if you buy weekly double diamonds and monthly bundle.. These are LUXURY items and if you cant afford it then dont bother.

To get it cheaper you need to do a daily draw.. The actual draw to get a collector skin is 36 draws, but the event itself only lasts for 21 days... So on the first day, you need to draw at least 16 times at once or till you get 3 main prizes (whichever comes first)
After that, just do it once daily till you get the skin.. choose that already owned basic, elite and special skin prizes to get tickets conversion that can help you save more diamonds

So it's like this
5x draws to get the main prize on the 6th draw
Then another 5x draws to get another main prize on the 12th draw, then 5 more draws to get 3rd main prize on the 18th
For me some draws got skipped so I got 3 main prizes earlier from than it is supposed to be which is 18 draws
The most important thing is you need to calculate the remaining days with the remaining draws, which should be enough to do once daily

Some people use CoA because they have been saving it from so many different sources, like starlight membership, daily CoA box which can give you more from 10dm only... Instead of buying diamonds, they use the CoA that is there..
