In my opinion tigreal, saber, and hilda are the best counter for fanny. Tigreal's ult counter fanny after she lands. Saber ult counter fanny after she lands. And Hilda can harass fanny while she's taking the blue buff. And Hilda's skills can attack fanny even while she's flying. I fought fanny with Hilda and it worked so well. Fanny had a hard time farming as i kept harassing her. She also ha a hard time attacking my teammates when i was near, because Hilda's skills can attack her while she's flying and it hurts a lot to squishy fanny
