what's up guys! while I didn't exactly document my body transformation through video or pictures I wanted to put together a montage of my running videos to give you an idea of how my form has changed over time. My first video was on my 163rd day so there were definitely a lot of body changes up until that point that unfortunately I didn't capture (never thought people would be interested in my running challenge.. can you believe that!) Let me know what you think and if you have any additional tips for me to tweak my form. I hope you enjoy my running transformation and the results of running everyday!

Overall, your running form looks great. Your legs, your feet, your head/neck, and shoulders. The only criticism would be arms. When you cross your arms in front of your body, it causes a loss of energy for running long distances. Try to have your arms more down and going past your thighs and relaxed. The arms you are using are more for a sprint finish. Of course, when you are tired, form breaks down, so not a big deal at end of a run. Also, if you find that this form for arms tires you out, then just stick with current. There are top athletes with bad form and win races, but I'm just offering a suggestion 🙂👍
