I think a fun, high-stakes video idea would be “Read or Unhaul My TBR” for a month, so you set a TBR and at the end of the month every book you didn’t get around to reading you have to unhaul (just for one video, doing that every month would be insane) 😳

Sis, you never need to try and justify getting a bad vibe and acknowledging it. It’s intuition built into the very core of us. Can it be wrong? Sure. But that isn’t a gamble I’m willing to take for myself and I wouldn’t want any other woman (or man) to risk ignoring it either.
I also found your channel because of the insane book haul you did with the Sophie Lark books and different covers so I’ve just been waiting for a repeat performance and it’s finally arrived so 🙌🏻.
And you know it sucks because women are raised to be polite, espppeeccially to men. Even if we're uncomfy we humor them because we're not supposed to hurt a man's ego. It's awful. Now that I'm older I am more confident to just literally walk away. No engaging with the tomfoolery of males anymore.
@@floral-smoke age really does give us the gift of wisdom! I was far too naive about walking around with a false sense of bravado. Now I have a healthy respect for the fact that not everyone is out here walking around with the best of intentions. Men get a bad rep these days and I do not lump them all together. I’m not a man hater whatsoever but our safety (even if just perceived) trumps their feelings. And ladies, if you see someone in a situation where your intuition starts sparking a bad read, check on them! We don’t have to put ourselves in harms way, I realize we’re not all built to just insert ourselves willy nilly but try to find a way to safely check on each other. I need us all to make it back home.
I LOVE the concept of this video.... I'm going on a book buying ban, so lets go buy a WHOLE bunch of books. Perfection honestly. 😊 If you cant justify buying books through a book buying ban, you're just not someone I need in my life.

des, don't know if you did this before but you should do a book declutter! like select the books that you didn't like to read, sell them and make space for brand new books that you love

One thing I learned is to never say you’re going on a book buying ban out loud. I said one time in January that I’m gonna not buy books until I read all my physical TBR and now my friends and family are holding me to it so I haven’t bought a new book since January😞😞

The Naturals series is SO GOOD! I hope you enjoy them! 😊 I enjoyed the relationships between the characters and reading from the different points of view and how they think.

There should be a sorting the new books into your system part bc we love book organizations
I moved across the country recently and had to leave a lot of things behind. Books were part of that unhaul, and after moving 5 times in the past 10 years, I'm trying hard to regulate the number of physical books I own because if I buy them, I might have to move them in the future. Kindle books and a library card have helped me significantly in this decluttering/money saving effort :)

Something that has helped me keep my tbr in check is i fill my tbr cart and then i dont buy more books until its empty. Its such a great feeling when the cart is finally empty and you get to go buy more books and continue series that you liked and sell the books that you didnt end up liking

Okay, about the Bridgerton books :D First of all, I've read the first two and I loved them so far!
But I just wanted to help you out with the order, because I'm not sure, if the order is stated on the books (in the German copies it is, but I wasn't sure about the US copies) anyway, it's the following order:
Daphne (The Duke & I)
Anthony (The Viscount who loved me)
Benedict (An offer from a gentleman)
Colin (Romancing Mister Bridgerton) - so for the show they're changing the order an telling his story first rather the one from Benedict
Eloise (To Sir Phillip, with love)
Francesca (When he was wicked)
Hyacinth (It's in his kiss)
Gregory (on the way to the wedding)
And then theirs another book called "The Bridgertons happily ever after", which is basically second epilogues to all of the stories and apparently also includes something about Violet's story (she's their mom)
Have fun reading the series! :-)

Hi Destiny! I don't usually comment but, I wanted to put this idea out there. I am fairly new to watching your videos and I have always wondered what its like for you to put all of these books back after buying them. Personally, when I go on shopping sprees like this it gets overwhelming and I just let whatever I bought sit there for awhile. I think a post-haul bookshelf reconfiguring/organizing video would be so interesting to watch. If you've already made something like this sorry! Anyways, I love your content and its truly brought me back to reading again.

Project Hail Mary is amazing BUT I would recommend the audiobook. It can be a lot otherwise. LOTS of science lol.. but also the narrator is incredible in the audiobook

Then you have The Bridgerton’s Happily Ever After, and the several prequels which are First Comes Scandal, The Other Miss Bridgerton, The Girl With the Make-Believe Husband, and Because of Miss Bridgerton. Julia Quinn is a unique and fabulous author whose books tend to showcase characters you know no matter which book you are reading. She has created an entire London society in her books. I love her!

Grace Year is my favorite book I have ever read. I'm rereading it again for the 3rd time currently, and I love it just as much now as I did both of the other times. Genuinely a book I could read back to back 7 times without getting sick of.
