  • Learn how to do your first pull up.
    If you're not able to do a pull up yet, break the exercise down into easier variations and work up to doing the difficult ones.
    The pull up can be broken down into 3 components:
    1. Drive the shoulder blades down into your back pockets.
    2. Drive your elbows back to engage the lats.
    3. Maintain a strong grip and stabilize your body throughout the movement.
