@East Bay Raider paul Gunther defense sucked for sure but we got a new d coordinator hopefully he can turn this defense around and make a serious push we beat the saints n chiefs not to mention the browns in the cold so I believe this team can compete it was just our defense holding the team back

I hate the opaque roof. I think a retractable roof was the better option, as they did in Arizona, and may have been the choice had Mark Davis known that the roof would be like this. It reminds me of the old Teflon roofs.

Don't build a stadium with so many different levels. Ford Field in Detroit for example has an upper and a lower bowl where ever seat (aside from club seats) are accessed by a few stairs. These new stadiums are massive safety hazards.
We’ll look back on this and see things like empty stadiums and wonder WTF were we thinking. Destroying our country over fear of something that’s less risky than riding in a car.

Ah so the "super flow" test method is why most modern USA stadiums have sewage floods. Makes sense now that I've seen it in practice.
Chilling that water by evaporation might seem free but I’d love to see how much water it uses. Water is almost as valuable as electricity in the desert. Hopefully they are using recycled gray water for this.
I looked at this vid specifically to see the cooling tower situation. They're "cycling" up the water and chemically treating it to maximize water usage but for sure using millions of gallons over the years. Also have to bleed the tower down to prevent deposits. Still best way to cool a building.
