@@raptor660cc1 the at4’s are sick! But noticeably more expensive for what is arguably the same truck minus some trimmings. I’m just waiting with a burning fire for an rst or trail boss with a 6.2 to show up at the dealer
@@markg1495 I had my local gm dealership just order me the rst I wanted and a month later it was here. Didn't cost anymore

Love it when you nerd out on the dyno. As an aspiring tuner (not even by choice lol, nobody will touch my car!) I try to soak up as much information as I can.
I work at a Chevy dealership and work on these trucks a bunch super cool to see you guys modifying one! Those factory air boxes are such a pain in the ass to take out glad you didn't have too so that.

Removing the grille shutters, P059F will definitely come up. P151E will probably come up as well. They shut off easily in HPTuners.

I bought a new procharger kit for my 2004 and was so unimpressed with the radiator hose looking shit for 6500 dollars
7th is the closest gear to 1 to 1
Sounds like that would run the truck into the speed limiter. Usually around 100 mph based on the stock tire speed rating. Don't know what the work around is but these guys will figure it out I'm sure.
With the final drive auto's use one can only imagine the tire speed 7th gear would turn lol
It'll end up hitting speed limiter that's why he used 4th
The speed liminter was only a concern on the baseline I believe. I thought he removed the speed limiter after that.
What's the rear gear in one of these if 1:1 is such a high speed?

just a quick correction. the RST is available with all v8 and 3.0 diesel engine options.,
I love your content brother! you do need advice on audio leveling at the beginning of your vids. you should aim for all audio levels to be at the beginning of the yellow portion of the audio meter...every time I click on your vids I have to adjust the video, only to bring it back up after the music is done. if you need firther help don't hesitate to contact me.

Turbo is the way to go for the money... superchargers you have to change pulleys and such... with a turbo you can adjust boost with the tune or a controller. To each their own but not bad for a stock truck with a PC kit. It definitely looks good

With this new 2020 could a torque managment issue be cutting timing on ya. You know how these companies have to honor power train warranties. Cut the power down low to keep the punishment off the drive train.

I'm pretty sure my phone listens to my conversations. Yesterday a 2018 Camaro SS came into our shop with a procharger. I just bought a 2021 Sierra with the 6.2 and since they both use the LT1 block, a guy I work with was talking about putting a procharger on my truck. The next day I get this video in my recommendations... Coincidence?? Nice job on the Silverado! Going to look up part 2 now to see how much power it gains!

Seat AC cycles the AC pump. Its basically a vent through your seats.
What degrees of Knock is a yellow flag for you? An area that you may really start to focus on ignition timing. Please add in what fuel your using for that answer. THANKS!! Love the channel!
When your talking about adding injection timing are you talking about adding ve/maf? And does it have a virtual ve like a gen4-5 still?
That's crazy that the 6.2 baseline is only 16 more hp than the 2020 ram 5.7 baseline. Watched a Whipple install on the 2020 ram and after install and tune the ram made 478rwhp with the Whipple and tune alone.

Can I offer a PRO tip from a body man? On the re-alignment of the hood latch, to make it quick and simple ... drill 2 holes through the latch and core support (we use it for door and hood hinges and latches) so you can snugly fit a Fastenere large flange pop rivet through, without locking it in ... then loosen and remove latch. When reinstalling, before final tightening bolts, insert rivets to find the perfect alignment in the original position, final tighten bolts with rivets inserted, then pull rivets out.
Ya looks friggin tacky with drill holes in various hinges and latches of a vehicle. NO need to do that shit whatsoever guy. Ya I'm also a body guy amongst about 10 others trades and for 27+ yrs. I do get your "trick" but a friggin paint pen does the same shit along with a list of simple and cheap other alignment tools.

Could you put regular injectors on it to compensate for for when the direct injection runs out of fuel at big power numbers?
Is it possible your spark issue is related to the torque limiting tables? Virtual torque. Rear axle torque and such? Ran into a bunch of those issues on my 14 Lt truck.

I'm new to the LS and efi stuff. When tuning with HP tuners do I have to just keep an eye on the afr gauge throughout the pull or is there a way to log that as well ?

Out of curiosity, how much clearance is there between the blower unit and the alternator? I plan on using a dual alternator setup that places the second alternator directly next to it.

On a 2020 do you guys tune it mostly in maf for simplicity on the newer stuff or is there/do you use the speed density and ve/torque tables?
