    “I have spent the majority of my life with the Americans with Disabilities Act in existence, but you can’t necessarily legislate overcoming societal barriers, overcoming attitudinal barriers. The real work, the real challenge is overcoming those attitudinal barriers to get people to see me for me, everything I bring to the table, and not just the disability.”
