    How is calling "our people" to the people that only in her mind ,have right skin colour to be part of this "her people " group ,apart, inclusive ? and not exactly the opposite? She is discriminating against anyone who doesn't belong in "her people". That's as racist as racist gets. Oh you can't walk, are homeless but are not dark enough, you're not "my people". I'm disappointed this is divisive not inclusive at all.

    Not all disabilities are obvious and because some can cause varying levels of activity from day to day, it can be hard for people to understand. These kinds really call for education both for the managers and by them for the rest of the staff to keep harrassment from occurring.
