- he UPSC DAF 1 is to be filled by candidates who qualified the preliminary exam. The DAF form will be released on the official website of UPSC. The guidelines to fill out the UPSC DAF form is as follows:
Visit the official website of UPSC and register before filling out the Detailed Application Form
Candidates will need to click the relevant link provided beneath the "login" button in order to create registration accounts.
Name (as it appears on the matriculation/secondary examination certificate), Roll Number (in six-digit format), Date of Birth (as it appears on the matriculation/secondary examination certificate), and email address must all be entered on the registration module.
All fields must be filled out. The login credentials will be issued to the specific registered e-mail addresses provided by the applicants, therefore they should make sure they have entered a valid and active e-mail address.
The candidates will receive a message on their screen after clicking the submit button, clearly stating their name and email that they have been registered. A password will also be issued to the candidate's email address.
Go back to the official website of UPSC and log in using roll number and password
UPSC DAF 2023 has SIX modules, namely- Personal, Educational Information, Parental Information, Employment Information, Upload documents and Final Submission.
Fill all the modules completely and submit the DAF form using the Final Submission Module.
After finishing each module, candidates should save it. Prior to the final DAF submission, applicants will have the chance to modify any module. Online changes cannot be made after the Final Submission has been made.
