the aerial view at 0:45 isn't CERN, it is the Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics at Kurgan, in Siberia. Also, the LHC cannot open portals, it really can't. The Aerial view at 1:43 is Fermilab, in Batavia, just outside Chicago in the states, again, not CERN.

In such videos, stock images or similar images are usually used. I could have explained the whole video with a single space gap image.
