Are there any legitimate fans of Power Slap?
The algorithm suggested it for me....I stumbled upon it accidentally and while I definitely do not approve, it was kinda like watching a car wreck, I didn't want to look, yet I couldn't look away...a few things got me where I didn't know whether to laugh or to cringe... like scoring it like an MMA fight, weight classes...I wasn't sure if they were being ironic or serious.... and then the nasty kos and not in a cool way, but in a 'this is so stupid and unnecessary brain damage' kinda way... I was on the fence about Dana before this, let's be clear, it's not a sport and you're disgracing the brand by having this hillbilly bullshit associated with it, how many trailerparks did you hit up to find your talent Dana? These are not athletes, they're crackheads! 'Hey who wants early onset brain damage and extra helpings of CTE?' oh yeah, opportunity of a lifetime indeed

Well said Joey, this is exactly right. Dana is a cash hungry tyrant, and I shared your sentiment as early as the Jake Paul negotiations over a year ago. It delegitimizes the sport and all of its world-class fighters.

I missed the part where they put the gun to their heads and force them to compete. Is the show fucked up yes but hey there's worse shit going on in the world and these guys/girls signed up for the show. No matter how much we may dislike it its still gonna be around.
Well if you watched the 2nd episode they were calling the fouls , one bout wasn't even aired because every slap the guys threw were called for clubbing and stepping according to Dana.
