I proudly study a variety of Japanese martial arts. One of the ideals we strive for in the dojo and in life is "Saya no unchi", which means something like 'Victory within the scabbard'. It encourages one to use their brain first; it's the more dangerous weapon when properly utilized. Thanks for another great show, gentlemen! 👺🤘

Trying to remember back 20+ years to the Marine Corps order on deadly force which at the time was 5500.6f and it stated something close to (going off of memory):
That force which a person uses with the intent to cause death or serious bodily harm, or that which a reasonable and prudent person would consider likely create the substantial risk of causing death or serious bodily harm. To be used as a last resort only, when all lesser means have failed or can no longer be reasonably deployed.
    Pretty much covers it.

Glad your channel is providing ways and means to avoid trouble and keep money in my pocket and not lawyers.

    It was a women!
So, the bottom line is the modern day saying - CRIME DOES PAY! The law is on the side of the criminal, not the regular law-abiding citizen.

Hypothetically, what if she had a firearm in her purse? Is she acting in defense of others?

Still likely no. It's a theft of property at that point.

I can't believe John just told the world that if you get in his garage that you can get in the house. John you need a lock and deadbolt on the entry door from the garage to your house and to use it.
