I was searching for the exact pathology as it contain the action potential and solute solvent concentration basic knowledge to simplify it .... I thought of same process but was not making the clear image in my mind ... Tq.. can you also please make a video on ICF ECF please

sodium is naturally concentrated in the extracellular compartment.if the sodium potassium pump stops working, neither sodium nor potassium shall move in the fourth phase of action potential. my question is, how come you didn't mention the effects of potassium in the extracellular space both to the neurons and myocyte?
In other video you said that: in apoptosis there’s no membran disintegrity.
Now in this video, you said that after all the change in cell membran (edema and calcium toxicity), the mitochondria break down and activate the apoptotic mechanism.
Please explain.

good video, but Na is not solely important for edema, influx of Na is matched with eflux of K, Cl ions are most important ion that makes H20 to enter cell
Well, Na triggers the other events to follow. Nevertheless, it is correct that Cl influx is mostly responsible for the subsequent water influx. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2740913/
i do not understand the part where other neurons bring in more calcium to subsequently release more glutamate?
