"The Voice of Germany" 2021
Nach den Blind Auditions, bei denen die Talente allein durch ihren Gesang überzeugen müssen und darauf hoffen, dass ein:e oder mehrere Coaches für sie buzzern, werden die Sänger:innen von ihren Coaches betreut. Sie nehmen sich Zeit, um die Talente besser kennenzulernen, ihre Stärken auszufeilen und an Schwächen zu arbeiten. Dabei erhalten die Talente wichtige Ratschläge und Tipps, denn ab jetzt gilt es, sich gegen die anderen starken Musiker:innen durchzusetzen.
In den folgenden Shows müssen die Talente die Battles und die Sing-Offs bestehen. Dabei singen sie gegeneinander und müssen als Besserer hervorgehen. In jeder Folge kommen nur einige Talente weiter, bis im Finale der oder die Gewinner:in von den Zuschauer:innen gewählt wird.
In Staffel 11 von "The Voice of Germany" nimmt die Soulsängerin und Songwriterin zum ersten Mal auf einem der roten Stühle Platz. Daneben feiert auch Sänger und Songwriter Johannes Oerding sein Debut am Buzzer. Sarah Connor und Johannes Oerding buhlen in den Blind Auditions an der Seite von Mark Forster und Nico Santos um die Gunst der besten Talente.

I will repeat myself, but I knew from the first moment that Sebastian will win. It's not just about singing, although he has a beautiful voice, but most importantly he has the charisma of a rock star and at the same time a wonderful smile and honest eyes. I had never watched any foreign singing show with such passion and I couldn't wait for every other performance by Sebastian. ♥️ My favorite performance was besides Blind audition the one with James Arthur. I hope we'll hear a lot more about Sebastian in the future! ♥️

It's more like a concert and that he is already successful in the industry, he is young but seasoned and pro. Beautiful voice, range, raspy, sexiness, heartfelt, it is all there!!

This is just nuts. I've been a musician and singer all my life. Never heard nothing like this guy's voice. He is way off the charts. Everything he sings, he owns! Plus, he plays keyboard, doesn't get any better❣

I loved 'Still Loving You', but the performance that really blew me away was 'Who Wants To Live Forever'. To not only take on a Freddie Mercury song but to absolutely smash it is something only a handful of singers on this planet could do!!

I have never get tired of watching this video over and over again since the first time I watched it. Sebastian Krenz's vocal range is extraordinary. My favourite part was the blind audition, in which the original song was the famous Scorpions band, which happened to be German as well. Great talent from these people.
