Those poles are in better nick than I thought dude, the female ends of the poles could do with a duct tape reinforcement.
The floor flaps are for putting your stove on the ground when the weather comes in.
The bit you rolled up at the end is for joining two together.
I think that storm lashing wraps around the poles at either end to pull it all tight, but it's not long enough, which is why there's the non issue guy ropes in there.
That's done me in Norway, a scout trip in Italy and a couple of festivals.

I have the two man version that was used down in the Falkland. The flaps inside are to open and cook or dig and go toilet.

The webbing strap is used in windy conditions there should be 2 of them I belive, you just wrap them round the end poles the peg it in
Ah ok, I snapped poles on this tent, any idea why? I was thinking that the rope that connects the Poles under the tent are to tight

The velcro flaps enable the floor/ground sheet to continue for when you add another tent, the inner can go both ways and if I remember correctly, you can put sleep/roll mats in the floor to stop them sliding around

Went To Norway with the Marines 38 years ago (Was not serving with them) And could not believe the weight of the Old Vango tents we used ! These new ones are like "OUTWELL" P-Cotton jobs .main issue is if you split the tent and lose part of a team you are Royally screwed

Other issue is if 3-4 men in kit need to "Burst out" it should have dual end doors

@@RedBranchBushcraft I think you can roll up the centre section of the inner doors. If memory serves, they are different at either end.
