1. It's not a terrace, it's a balcony. Terrace is above the house (penthouse).

Hello Sabena, Terrace above the house is called a 'Rooftop' Terrace. A balcony is restricted by size and has only one access, usually from the bedroom or a living room. A terrace can also be on the same level as the apartment. Mumbai Real Estate is more like a multi faceted diamond than a cookie cutter mold. It looks different to everyone depending on how they look at it. Mumbai Real Estate has evolved over the years and we have to move forward with it.
