They are OK to spend the money. After all if money can't buy you peace of mind then what good is it!

I dont know if this is to do with the video or the lights, but this needs improvement. Give more time to the key features of the flat. Like the wide opening balconies. that should be the opening of video. Maybe use drone shot to show the outside feel of the flat and the surrounding. Another is use of 360 camera. Also touch base on the micro detailing - like u show those small lights in the shower.
One more tip, i do not see any plants in the entire video, as they add contrast to the footage. Please put some bamboo in one side of the living wall, would be pleasing to eyes. also, include some plants in balconies. we all love sea view and green will make it more pleasing.
