Strombolian explosions at Etna's Southeast Crater, 22 February 2017

Since more than a month, this activity - though rather minor and going at a slow rhythm - is going on without significant variations. Sometimes the explosions are more ash-rich, but this morning, they produced very little ash.

This was taken from my home in the village of Tremestieri Etneo, 20 south of Etna's summit. That's where quite a bit of my other Etna eruption videos were taken, too ;-)
