EB2 NIW are usually reserved to those who have advanced degrees (defined as in BS degree + 5 years post BS study) or people with exceptional abilities. Since you will be a student in, you may not fit for EB2. However, you can have H1B first as soon you get a job and then move to green card.

you know any law firm which can process NIW EB-2. (approx how much they charge). Also people who are having master degree in Cyber Security from US and already in US on H1B can apply for this.
Yes you can apply since there is no USCIS regulation restricting which visa status is allowed to file an EB-2 NIW petition. Don’t know about any law firm.

Yes, you can apply but you cant apply for nieces. They are required to apply by themselves.

No English requirement and bank statement. But if your petition has been approved then they will call you for an interview most likely 90% then your English will be accessed for sure during the interview.

@@muhammadsyed8387 second, I went to the consultant regarding this, they said I'm eligible but before that we will send your edu document for american equalancy without HEC stamping. Like WES or any other firms usually ask HEC certified documents before submitting for equality. Bs whn rukgya me
