To see "Mr West Ham" lift a trophy next season would be the stuff of dreams! COYI!
In your dreams
@Sharon Ghghgh As a West Ham you've been dreaming of winning a trophy for a while, so keep on dreaming! My tiny brain can't remember the last time you won a trophy
@@KOA0693 Why are you here? i get you're a miserable person but no need to spread it to others
@@standard4379 get real and wake up
Would be nice but like my dreams they fade and die
Mark Noble will always be a West Ham United Legend and will be remembered 40 years later like Booby Moore, Trevor Brooking, Billy Bonds. COYI
Awesome penalty taker too...
Unlike the others you mention, Nobes has never won anything with West Ham but he is heart n soul of the club and that’s worth a thousand FA Cups!!!!
My club captain Mark James Noble....i will not have a bad word said about Nobes....thank you Mark
I'm with you on that mate
Mark Noble is such a special person and player. I hope they name a stand after him. He thoroughly deserves every acolade that comes to him. ⚒
His testimonial, in the last season at Upton Park, Easter Monday, no underground trains running, loads of other transport limitations, the ground was jam packed, not an empty seat, everyone was on time.
That is a small measure of the respect we Hammers have for this man.
Our skipper. Nolan, a great captain, taught him well, and Nobes has taught Declan Rice well. I would love Deccers to stay for his whole playing career too.
One of the best days ever, I remember all the trains being completely shit as you said but everyone still made it there and what a day ✌🏼✌🏼
My last game i was ever able to get to at the ground. Wouldnt want it any other way!
Just imagine West Ham go and win the fa cup this season and mark noble lifts it before retiring
They won’t
He has literally lived the life I can only dream of... (maybe because I'm 42 now but I still dream lol) COYI'S!!!
Good luck to you mate. Spurs fan so not your biggest fan but the world needs not just more players like you. But more people like you. Well done mate.
Got to see the legend one last time, amazing example of a captain taking a back seat but supporting the team as a colleague and fan, top man
What a legend. Mr West Ham.
Weird how 100% of the comments are pro noble and Mr west ham etc when he's been slated booed and slaughtered by a large section of so called west ham fans...true hammers adore you mark and hope to see you as manager one day coyi
40 years from now, Noble's name will still be the stuff of legend around West Ham. 40 years ago Spurs won the FA Cup. Graham Roberts was their midfielder during that game. He hopped around from club to club. I could be wrong. But i don't imagine Graham Roberts in a name on every Spurs fan's lips, 40 years on
Funny to see Chris with "Noble" on the chair behind his head
Legend
There's nothing new I suppose....Tom Finney was offered 10 times his salary plus car and house to move to Italy in the 1950's....he stayed with his home town Preston and never regretted it.
I'm just old enough to have seen the end of Trevor Brooking's playing career and the first TV game I clearly remember is the 1980 FA Cup final. Mark Noble to me though is West Ham. Think back to the protests at the Burnley match, Noble tackled and was then clearly a split second away from lamping one of the protesters; any other player could not have survived that from the fans. With Noble however, well he is allowed to do that, his opinion and actions are just as valid as those of the protesters, because he is one of us.
Big if crouchy lol they would have to finish above my boy noble here first .... maybe next year huh? ⚒coyi -Mark your a legend to me and everyone in claret and blue ❤️⚒
Noble didn't get capped for England because at the time he was at his best, he was the England under 21 captain that lost 4-0 in the final of the 2009 u21 Euros. He always seemed to be tainted by association by Capello, who publicly said that the players in that squad weren't good enough for the seniors.
He was at his best in 2015
@@fifafifa3710 I'd say 2015 was the end of his peak. He was a different player by then, sitting deeper. Earlier in his career, he played further up the field and showed his range of skills.
I'm loyal to my Sunday league side, I wouldn't play for Manchester United if they asked me, they wouldn't ask me but that isn't the point....
You definitely would tho
1 club man good lad 🙌
our captain, COYI
top man....coyfi
"I bet he is" - about Lingard being Moyes' favourite player - obviously a comment from an idiot who knows nothing about what West Ham are about. We love Lingard but we were fourth when he arrived and finished sixth. He is not the reason we were a good team this season and we didn't rely on him. He actually tailed off at the end of the season but was still an integral part of the team, so we still would like him to stay. Some people are just a bit thick and know nothing about football or what makes a team tick, but think they think they can tar West Ham with needing this and that to do anything. Weird though how every top team wants our players - Ince, Ferdinand, Tevez, Lampard, Carrick, Joe Cole etc, etc. Geezer is an idiot trying to make out we needed Lingard. He gave us a bit extra for a while but since then and before we have had so many heroes this season, including Fornals, Dawson, Ogbonna and many more. We are not a one man team and if anything, Lingard is the one not performing at the moment on the level of others like Coufal etc, etc. Do your research and know you facts before stating absolute rubbish.
Totally agree with you
Gerrard that one club man🙄🙄
Technically not. He went to the US at the end of his career. Noble is talking about full-on retirement as of the end of next season.
Kane is a arsenal fan
Great player but, with respect, he was never a player with enough talent to be poached by a club that was big enough for him to leave his boyhood club. He maybe could have gone to a club like Everton but it's not worth it. If Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea had come in for him over the years, his loyalty to West Ham would really have been tested. It's easy to be loyal when you're not being tempted by an offer that's hard to refuse
Arsenal were linked to him a fair bit in 2005. Him and Reo-Coker were both linked with them that season.
Tim, tbh I remember him once saying as much. It was years ago but it was something like "if Liverpool, Arsenal or Man U came I for me I'd have to think about it, but why would I leave West Ham for just a few more quid?"
Definitely not an exact quote, but as I recall that was the jist of it.
@@ijb7511 Fair enough but my point is that it's a big "if". They would never have gone in for him.
That being said, Liverpool did sign Carroll, Konchesky and Shelvey so I might be talking total shite
@@timdurgan Noble is clearly better than all of them. Although two out of the three are also West Ham fans, dosen't mean anything just interesting.
No not really Harry deserve better
Mark noble just shave the head. Will look much Better
