Working for Roehl has its pros and cons but the cons outweighs the pros for sure. I did not know that I will be out here, sacrificing my time away from my family to come back home with a little bit of money (broke)it’s sickening bro. Oh ok so you got into trucking for the challenge. I’ll tell you I feel the same way. I feel so much more confident and the jobs that I struggled in, in the past I would definitely go back and be able to stand on business and not put it with anyone’s garbage behavior. I also want to get my pilots in the future!

Some don’t want to work. But I think the new generation is just waking up & not wanting to work for someone there entire lives for little to nothing. In my opinion instead of “ the new generation do not want to work “ I feel it’s the new generation is not motivated to work for someone else & instead work for themselves to have that freedom. I mean once you wake up who would want to go to work everyday & barely make enough to pay bills while your running a rat race keeping the rich rich 🤷🏾
