Man that looks like one heck of a ripper can't wait to see it up beside that 700 I just got done with a 79 model 110 three-wheeler I built a frame under it and put a RM85 motor on it that I built and that thing will get down going to try to send you a video and some pictures of it when I figure it out but appreciate the videos and keep them coming get up in there

You should build a Modern-day liquid cooled Yamaha blaster with a 6 speed dt200 motor (it was the motor Yamaha originally planned to use but for some reason didn't) and a raptor 350 rolling chassis that was always one of my dream projects growing up but either way this 125 is a RIPPER!!! Totally reminds me of all my brothers and I projects when I was younger and makes me want to start wrenching again and get back to the grind!

I’m thinking about building a ripper quad for my kid. An Apex 90 or DRX 90 with a 125cc dirt bike engine. Think it will fit? Or should I do a Kawasaki 85cc with a 110cc top end? Either way it’s going to rip and he can keep up with me in my 250R.

My boy races a raptor 125. He quickly ran out of power. You should do a raptor 125/250 frame with a crf150 engine. Do you do custom builds for people? We'd be super interested in one. Love your videos btw and this is a sick build!

Lol I get that. He's not the type of rider to really maximize the benefit of the 2 stroke. He's more of middle of the power band type. So we think the crf150 would give him a big boost. The 125 4 stroke Yamaha is a bit of turd, even with mods. Keep up the awesome content.
Those spindels the bolds are welded on all Yamaha. Raptor warrior banshee all 1 spot weld, wha sucks cause replacing just that part is impossible first of cause u can't buy it alone.

The more compression you put in a 2-stroke the more low-end torque you get the less compression you put in a 2-stroke you get more high-end power and more RPMs

Imagine if you had a stock cylinder bored to 144 done by eric gorr on it. Athena kits are junk. Mxa tested that exact kit and with a fmf pipe it didn't even make 2 more hp over stock. Porting on the athena is garbage for a 144. You could get more than 2hp out of a 124cc ported cylinder.
Always room for improvement, new owner can do anything they like to/ with it
