Maybe the orange circles on the chest plates are body cams? With a more caring and forgiving TVA, they could use them to make sure the officers are acting appropriately and within company guidelines since now they can't just prune whatever timeline they want and stuff.

These camera's likely are used to police the police, but more likely to act as evidence against arrestee. "Anything you say or do..."
In e1s1 of LOKI, Mobius tells Loki that Nightmare is a different department from his. So this might also be just a department in the TVA that Mobius *does* know about and he just doesn't much deal with. Like, it doesn't necessarily have to be some off-the-books section of the TVA as much as it's just a different department in an impossibly large bureaucracy.

It's just an upgraded suit. I think this will be a big nothing burger when the movie drops. Outfits change all the time. I'm also one of the "Theres only 1 TVA for all realities..."
I think the suit color change to red was decided just to allow Deadpool to make a joke by referencing the Star Trek grunts wearing red and destined to die in the episode (or movie in this instance).

I think the masked TVA agents are only masked so Deadpool/Wolverine/who ever can kill random agents without the audience getting too attached to them. Also, less CGI would be needed.
Yeah, otherwise people would start to think about Wolvie and DP dicing scores of actual people that can't really hurt them at all.
The Kevin robot was a gag that is never coming back. There is no way they go forward with that bad joke as the ultimate arbiter of the multiverse.

I think that they just might be a different faction of the TVA like a swat team who deals with more aggressive variants so they need more aggressive looking armour
I don't really believe there are multiple versions of the TVA. As for why the suits are different- there could be many reasons. Either those are updated suits (we've seen updated suits in season 2), alternate suits for another division, to maybe they're simply suits that were recreated for the movie (so it would be an out-of-universe thing).
Logically, there shouldn't be as the TVA was only formed to hide 616 from other universes. However, it's possible a different Kang had a similar idea to 616. Maybe the Kang in the X-Men universe had that same idea.
Having a scene with Deadpool, Wolverine, and Loki would be very cool and seemingly in line with the narrative crossover. Crossing my fingers.

The TVA is huge. It'd be silly of anyone to think we saw the only department in such a big organisation. This could be happening simultaneously with the latest developments in Loki.

I'm leaning more to it being a Disney+ snap reference - I mean he even throws his remote/whatever is in his hands in a motion like the swoosh does above the plus.
For what it's worth, camouflage that is patterned in colors like orange tends to be referred to as "urban camo" which is funny because deer hunters tend to wear solid, unpatterned orange so other hunters, but deer and turkeys are unable to see/differentiate it from other things.
Imagine if there’s a random scene where Deadpool breaks the fourth wall and the camera pans to Loki and he’s just like “why are you always talking to me?”
This feels like higher budget wardrobe. Remember the Borg costume in TNG vs First Contact?

This is fun, and I'm fully on board with this kind of speculation, but we need to keep at top of mind that Marvel has a history of putting stuff in trailers that isn't in the movie (or is different in the movie). Can't you just hear Deadpool looking at the camera and saying, "Well, now, this wasn't THAT way in the trailer. Darn, that was gonna be good".

If the TVA has changed to pruning Kang's then it's safe to assume they would have a more aggressive minutemen. I think this is just changes that Loki or Obi or the judges have put in place over time.
Small detail I like is how they hid a X in the TVA Logo on the TV in front of Wade and Paradox.
I think there are two different factions of the TVA. Why did he grab Deadpools hair if they are taking him to the same place?
That would be a crazy twist because if we were to go off of what was said regardless of kang or he who remains being a big play now because of the legal situation stupid! But he who remains said every moment you’ve every been is because he was the only one at the end of time which would imply that there’s a possibility that would looking a different universes timeline and I also think that’s the case because at the end of Loki it looked like there wasn’t really ranking more like everyone working together to accomplish one goal the survival of the multiverse!

That’s what I thought for the reason why their uniforms were different, because this is a different division of the TVA one we didn’t see Loki maybe they’re like the mega police and I do hope we get to see Loki or Mobius in the movie just for a small cameo

It could be that instead of pruning, they send nexus beings into alternate timelines to change the timelines to be accurate.

I thought the same thing and could track well with other scenes of the trailer where he's fighting the masked TVA troops but would also be there helping another department in a "classified" CIA like role.
It might be possible that the 24601 is the original planned release date for deadpool and wolverine 24/6/01 or basically july 1st 2024 since it is slated for July 2024

I think they’re going warring factions within the tva. Maybe one side is sent by Loki to recruit Deadpool for the upcoming secret wars and the other side is aware of Lokis plan and trying to take out his recruits before he gets to them

It's an interesting idea of it being a different division of the TVA, it makes sense as to why things are different and such.
That said, I wonder if it might be something else. Recently I've been going through X-Men: the Animated Series in preparation for X-Men '97, and the other day I got to the Mojo episode. By the end of that episode I started to wonder if the reason the TVA and Void and such is different for Deadpool 3 is because it's a version of it created by Mojo, but when designing the sets and everything Mojo got the jist of it but didn't get everything exactly right.
Mojo would bring Deadpool in not because of his "Nexus Being" status or whatever, but because he knows Deadpool teaming up with Wolverine and crossing over with the Fox Universes will be good for his ratings and everything. It would be sort of a meta commentary on media companies of today.
If the void is where people who got eaten by Alioth go, I hope we see the old version of Loki again. He was awesome

They could have just updated their uniform. Before the TVA was all about pruning, but now they are protecting the multiverse from threats. So perhaps they have become more combat ready, and also dropped the numeric designations to allow the variants to identity as variants.
Obviously them being just another decision makes sense too, but the TVA evolving now they aren’t under He Who Remains’ control also makes sense.
Cuz Loki in our movie world controls the movie universes to a D+ degree and who really knows what is going on. Lol love the videos guys!❤

I mean I instantly thought it was a different tva since it’s a different universe, I would imagine they don’t span across the multiverse since they’re just time cops. People tend to use the tree with multiple branches being different timelines. And the way I always envisioned it is that if you extend that tree into a forest then each tree is a different universe. Whether that’s wrong or right I like that view enough to prolly use it in my own stories.
its not the fact that its wrong but the fact that it just makes no sense. the tva is outside of time, outside of the mutliverse like the watcher. theres not one for every universe because they dont exist in a universe
The tva isn’t in all the universes it’s not in any universe essentially it’s beyond them seeing them all

It’s not that hard to understand.
If this is set after Loki S2, then perhaps the TVA was recently given upgrades now that Loki is watching the timeline and the management has changed.
I genuinely think the TVA is militarized as their main purpose now is to hunt down Kang Variants instead of pruning branched timelines. Paradox perhaps wants Deadpool's help to assemble a multiverse avengers team because they have discovered that the Council of Kangs is about to declare another multiversal war.
Theyre definitely different from hunters like B-15. Those hunters pruned timelines while these guys were sent to kidnap (for lack of a better term) Wade. I think theyre more of a special forces

What X-Men should I watch before this Deadpool? I've seen the first 3 and Logan (maybe others?). None of the "younger X-Men" films. I appreciate input. (And of course I've seen the first 2 Deadpools)
If I understood you right, Id say watch First Class, Days of Future Past, then Apocalypse. In my opinion, the first two I named are good. Last one…meh. Might as well watch it though. Theres also Dark Phoenix but…I thought that was awful.
