I'm one of those that wishes they could put in rollback netcode at launch or sooner because the game is around 7 or 8 years old with this brand new version and that would have been easy to implement it. But I will still grab this game anyway because there's plenty to do offline, and parsec is another option to test drive the game in, that is, if you have a great internet connection. I really support Sega for what they do because they have the potential to bring over hidden or unexpected gems exclusive to PS3 and 360 over to modern consoles so we can enjoy these amazing games all over again without such restrictions, I'm also kind of disappointed because they didn't port Virtua fighter 5 ultimate showdown on to steam, but I hope they do it down the road. I want to continue to support these guys, because I have been waiting for this game to come to steam for a very long time now and I'm very happy they finally done it, now I don't need my PS3 to play this game anymore.
Not making an excuse in any way but for context, BlazBlue Central Fiction JUST received rollback seconds before the remaster was announced and it's not that far off from P4AU's age (probably co-developed simultaneously).
I don't expect it to be easy but hopefully the swift manner that Arc System Works is testing rollback for BBCF and BBTAG will extend to P4AU if they have the authority.
Yukari Bros...Atlus Will Reconsider Delaying The Game In Order To Implement The Rollback Day 1 Right 👀💦💦
@Firewolf 430 Who 😮
Who cares about rollback when u can play and enjoy the best girls storyline both yukiko and yukari chin 😍, that is enough
Ayo 😏😏
There's plenty to do offline, arcade and story modes, quick versus matches against the cpu, golden arena mode, what more can you want? Also if you have a great internet connection that is pretty fast if you don't let anything get in its way, give parsec a try.
I never played the original but how were the trophies? Any toxic online trophies?
Why Reconsider instead of just add it from the get go? I mean surely somebody at Atlus look at sells of Guilty Gear Strive, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core, and Central Fiction on Steam due to rollback. as this coming from a Single Player enjoyer. Idk maybe We're Spoiled by Maximiliaan Dood.
This mews makes me even more excited for p4 arena
Faxx...But We Will See On How The Game Will Perform When It Comes To PVP
I play smash bros so im used to it
Gotta Respect It 😨😨
P4AU will also not release physically…
Absolutely missed opportunity 🤦♂️
Wake me up when Atlus makes p1 and p2 remakes
2022 COPIUM!!! But Seriously They Have No Excuse At This Point
I think its ridiculous that some people would just not buy a product cause there's not a single feature
I understand rollback is an important piece for online gaming
But refusing to buy a game cause of it especially as niche as this is just stupid imo
Regardless I'm excited to replay this on modern consoles in 2 more months
First off its too damn long for 3 month release to pc for 6 yo game. In that their could planted the rollback easily but atlus being atlus a rock
Agreed, even though hopefully they'll improve on their decisions too, because I really want to see this game succeed, this is the fighting game that most of us have been waiting for.
Yeah, because wanting a consistent and good online experience when other FGs are offering the same is such a bad thing. I’m personally still going to buy it, but rollback is very very important especially because of covid.
@@babyjoker997 like I said I understand rollback is important especially for forming a community and I can understand not having it can be a huge downside(trust me I'm hoping this game gets rollback since I'm building a community of my own rn)
But I think its just dumb that the people are saying they aren't gonna buy it just cause of rollback
Most games without rollback die and people can’t exactly play a dead fighting game so why get it? Well I doubt p4au will die quickly because persona is huge but ass online is terrible. I’ve played Snash ultimate online and the shit netcode ruins its online experience to the point where I don’t play it online at all. You say you understand but I don’t think you really do well I’ll still get it but laggy online in a fighting game sucks is absolutely dreadful
Persona fans stay LOSING 😂
😭😭
Yep. I like Persona a fair bit too, but the true fans are taking an L in regards to the 25th Anniversary. It's so bad
I dont see the huge issue
I love p4au and I'm hella glad we got it
And at least it'll be added later on thats better than never
I really don't see that as a problem I'm still going to get it, I get that it's important for fighting games but not buying it just for that is a really dumb reason I'm glad that it's no longer stuck on PS3 also some people are buying it to experience the story not be one of those people who are hating because it don't got a rollback if they don't wanna get it for that reason then they can rollback and fuck off
Honestly I Dont Mind As Well Since I'm Not Too Crazy When It Comes To The Fighting Scene, But I Understand Why Certain Fools Are Disappointed 😫😫
Imagine wanting to play a game with functioning online during a pandemic. Crazy right?
@@RinaShinomiyaVal I understand rollback is important for online play
It's just kinda stupid to see people just hop off this game simply cause of no rollback
Sure I'd prefer if rollback was at launch but at least it's getting added later which is better than nothin
@@Silent_Mochi Fighting games have now been placed to a higher bar to clear since the pandemic and many have A LOT of bad netplay experiences. Many of us experienced P4AU netplay before and it's "ok" but you will *quickly* know when it's going bad.
Atlus has not guaranteed rollback features yet, the wording thrown around is "considered" - several companies told us about "considering rollback" including Super Smash Bros and Tekken.
Atlus "considered" several things with this game, such as "considering" patching the 2.0 arcade port to consoles and never did so. If Atlus clarifies that they really will do this, then there would probably be less heat.
This comment section shows how unappreciative and childish this community is
Hmmmmm...no still don't care. See ya next year when ATLUS is hopefully less stupid
Ngl I See Atlus Announcing Some Spicy Info In 2022...But When It Comes To Releases Easily 2023 😎😎
