Ball handling, as simple as it sounds, is a key fundamental skill every netball player should possess. With great ball handling skills, players are able to have great catching technique and feed the ball accurately. One would also be able to be versatile in the way they release their ball to keep their opponents guessing!
The movement of the ball is manipulated by our fingers and wrist movement. So always ensure that you are conscious of how you are controlling the ball with your fingers and wrist!
