Ball handling, as simple as it sounds, is a key fundamental skill every netball player should possess. With great ball handling skills, players are able to have great catching technique and feed the ball accurately. One would also be able to be versatile in the way they release their ball to keep their opponents guessing!
In this next episode, we shall take it up a notch by making the drills slightly dynamic by adding in movements to improve not only our ball handling skill but our coordination skills too!
