The best part is that Harvey never had that affair; he doesn’t mess with married women. The wife lied to her husband and then wouldn’t tell the truth after Harvey asked her, saying “he’s been paying so much more attention to me.” And then he filed for divorce.

Mike and Harvey both knew what really is winning.. Harvey says Louis exactly the same to Louis at poker table in Season 8 which is to not embarrass your client by winning the table and should let him win instead so he know’s he is respected. No wonder Harvey hired mike in the first place..
Why would you wait until you're walking into an investor meeting to file a patent for something you've been building for years?

A patent takes at least 1 and a half month to be approved, usually much more, so how does 24hrs made a difference ?
Think you need to file (apply) for the patent ASAP, to avoid someone else filing for the same patent first

Even though I LOVE suits, this scene is a bit inaccurate. Lawyers file the patent for a product months and sometimes years before they start talking business with any investors.
Companies file patents all the time but individuals not very often

What I have always hated about this scene being that filing a patent is a very lengthy process and you wouldn't just put one associate on it.
