    at 7:25, what you are describing as the adductor hiatus is actually the superficial exit of the saphenous nerve and descending genicular artery (as labelled on drawing). The adductor hiatus is in the posterior part of the canal and not visible on this picture.

    I've been watching your video for years and am just realizing he's a PT. I'm in podiatry school but I've always said that PT and massage therapist (not equating the two) probably know anatomy best of all the medical professionals lol.
