You guys nailed it with this part of the project! Using tape as a depth gauge on your Gerber knife is a really good idea. I love these videos and all the work you guys did with the public land bus. I can’t wait to watch more.
I did something similar for the under seat storage in my old truck and I found that a large, shallow Plano tackle box gave me flexibility and compartmentalized storage for things like ammo boxes, food items, and other stuff I keep in my day pack. You have more room to work with, so this might not help. It defiantly cleaned things up for me and kept all of those little things from moving around.

Absolutely! If we ever do another version of the cutout, a heated knife will be purchased. haha

Awesome! Doing my express hunting van now but I'm stuck with air flow. I need a decent amount of air flow for my hunting labs but I'm not keen on cutting a hole in the roof. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you
I saw that you have hitch storage too. What company did you go with?
You should have did the gun cut outs opposite direction of each other so would have fit closer together.
