Just found out that I'm accompanying this song for my own graduation
I want to cry
My choir is singing this song for the seniors and I started balling in class because I am a senior and I am leaving this is our last song 😢

I love how much this feels like when you or someone else is leaving, and you try to extend the goodbye so they maybe don't have to go. In parts of the middle and at the end, I feel like you're still reaching to them so they don't go

We did this in choir when I was in 7th grade but my choir teacher printed out a 2 part version even tho we are a SAB choir! The part 1 (Sopranos) & 3's (Baritones) were the part 1 and Part 2's (Alto) take up the Part 2 spot!
