Oh, I totally agree. Everyone has a unique speech pattern - pet phrases, fave words, diction, accent etc. I find actually find it funny and cute, listening to these 2 actors' interviews. =)
Richard's fond of saying, "D'you know what" in interviews. Lol. Though not as bad as Michael Fassbender's "sort of's." :p
