I made these and they are absolutely delicious! So sweet and rich and tangy! I didn't add the dusting on top as they were plenty sweet without. I haven't had normal lemon bars in forever but to me it was just like I remembered, and they really hit the spot! I knew when I saw your recipe out of all the others I wanted to try it. Custard with eggs, zest, and lemon juice- yes please! None of this lemon extract nonsense. I made sure to grease and flour the pan, but the first one that came out the crust stuck/separated- that was the chef's pice, haha. The rest came out beautifully. I did do the initial freeze to cut them so the lines were nice and crisp. And even though I used all confectioners Swerve, and they were very sweet, I didn't get any of the cooling effect. Thank you for the delicious recipe!

Enhorabuena por la receta. La he preparado hace un par de días y queda muy bien. Muy rica. Eso sí, sabe mucho a limón al inicio. Si esperan un par de días, la acidez baja un poco. De todas formas, si no os gusta tanto la acidez, rebajarle un poco la cáscara de limón o el zumo. En suma, una receta espectacular. ¡Gracias!
it's a bit different on the video from the recipe page. In the video it seems you are using less eggs than on the recipe page. The recipe page reads as 6 yolks + 3 whites. The video says 3 large eggs. Which one is the recommended amount?

The recipe might be the best in the world, but without calories and nutrients info is not really good for consumers on a Keto or even for the people who are calculating their calories in calories out. Room for improvement for you guys for sure :)
There are no "you guys", it's just me, and if you can recommend a good calories counting application or website please let me know! All the ones I've found that don't charge a fee have been very inaccurate for some ingredients, and I don't like giving my audience inaccurate information, especially when different brands of the same ingredient have different nutrition information and calorie counts! Also, I don't make these videos for the purpose of getting people on a weight loss or weight gain diet, I make them as a hobby, for enjoyment. If this channel one day pays all my student loans and my rent, at that point I'll be able to consider investing in more features such as formal calorie and macro calculation. :)
