  • Men in general are physically stronger than women, but it doesn't mean that women can't go gym or can't get stronger. But it means that men on average are just physically stronger, especially those that go to gym for some years.

Once children enter puberty, the boys will outpace the girls in physical strenght. It's normal physiology. The majority of men are physically stronger than the majority of women. In that group of children, the boys haven't fully developed yet. The girls could be physically stronger at this point. In a few years, the boys will have "caught up", and will be stronger than the girls. I don't know why some people can't accept this. It's OK that men are strong. The world needs the strength of men. Women can be strong in our own way. ☯️

I'm a girl and I totally agree that men are stronger, it's simple biology facts and you can't deny it. Still gonna be hitting the gym starting from tomorrow
Edit: thank you all for the support you've given me in the comments, it's one of the things that will keep me going in the gym journey. I'll be back to this comment in a month with an update on my progress, i'll make sure not to disappoint you all
Edit: yo, i'm back! no one probably cares about the update , but i just wanted to keep my promise anyway. so far i've been doing good, i am now able to work out for longer periods of time without feeling sick, haha. there's actually a small story behind what inspired me to start, so if you don't mind ima tell it.
so a few months back i had a crush on a guy i became great friends with over playing videogames a lot for a month together, but, unfortunately, a few weeks prior to me writing that comment i got rejected by him. at first i was really devastated by this, but it also made me realise that if i want to get rejected less in the future, i have to become a better person overall. now that about 2 months have passed and i've gotten over it, we're still great friends with the guy, we chat almost daily and he's the one to give me advice and encourage me to keep going the most among all of my friends. i actually took a lot of inpiration from him because a few years ago he used to be a chubby guy, but he lost a lot of weight and now became much more confident. overall the last few months were enjoyable and emotionally challenging at the same time, but in the end, i've found a new best friend and i'm ready to push forward and reach new goals.
my story is pretty common, but if it did inspire anyone to start their own journey, please do - going to the gym is always worth it and you'll never regret it
ima drop another update on january 1st, 2024. i don't really care if anyone sees it, i just want to do it to stay accountable

This is a very clever tactic by Jubilee. They get young kids for this segment/line of questions so that answering these "boys vs girls" questions is a lot more difficult and less straightforward since a lot of the boys probably haven't completed puberty yet, allowing their agenda to be "more true" with this specific group. Also they don't know any better, and are easier to sway opinion wise. ...The reality is that Men who have testosterone (aka have gone through puberty) are almost always going to be stronger than women physically. This doesn't apply to little boys who don't have full Testosterone yet, so it makes sense that that girl's team could've beaten those boys in volleyball, since girls also generally go through puberty first. Let see her wait until senior year of HS to try that again, guarantee the outcome won't be the same, but tbh they probably won't be doing contests like that anymore once they reach that age, since adults already know what the outcome would be.

They also did this same tactic of IQ testing back in the day when looking at the differences between boys and girls. I say boys and girls because instead of testing against men and women, the testers opted to test kids between the ages of 11-13 around the time where most girls have either entered and/or had more time in puberty compared to boys who have only had a little bit of at all experience with puberty.
This test is the basis for the bell curve statistics you see where it shows that ‘men’ typically inhabit the extremes of both high and low IQ levels, whereas ‘women’ typically inhabit the median or avg levels of IQ more. I’ll try and find the exact study I’m referring to.

I like to compare this with an experience from my football club in my home village. A current German international played there in her youth. She was so good that she was able to keep up until the age of 15/16. After that, nothing worked anymore because all the boys went through a physical push. Technically she was still one of the better players, but physically she was no longer good enough. She then switched to a professional women's team. She is still hugely respected in my home town for how long she made it and none of her team-mates from back then say a bad word about her.

I have an older sister that kept wanting to arm wrestle me as she thought she would win. I'm thinner than her and a slightly smaller dude in general (damn genetics) so I guess she expected it to be easy. When I finally accepted to do one, I thought she wasn't trying. I told her that I expected to win beforehand but I could tell that it didn't start registering for her until she noticed me holding back. She definitely became more wary of other guys after that. Trust me she's still stronger than me in other aspects of life but the divide in physical strength should be acknowledged. There's nothing wrong with either side, it's just biology differences that we are born with

Too many women are deluded. Many years ago, this one I knew started running her mouth about how she was stronger than guys. After hearing a bit of that I had enough and told her to basically put up or shut up. So, I offered to arm wrestle her. Granted I'm a natural bodybuilder and a bit stronger than the average man. Though I held back a bit and refrained from slamming her hand down immediately. It was like arm wrestling a child. I doubt she could beat the average guy. When I started applying some force to bring her hand closer to the table she began to get upset and practically started to cry and told me to stop. I spared her any further humiliation and stopped. Though when I see how women act when given the upper hand due to law and social privileges bestowed upon them, I have doubts that if a woman was actually gifted with such physical strength that she would be capable of the same level of mercy upon men.

My extended family (I'm talking about daisychaining marriages kinda thing, ie my aunt's husband's sister's husband's brother-in-law) has a volleyball tournament every year. 8 six-man teams, with players ranging in age from 16 to 57. These have been happening for ~40 years, and team captains are drawn at random from the previous year's 1st and 2nd place teams. An all women team has only won once, but has been attempted at least ten times, though most often we keep it mixed.
It's pretty competitive. I've only won three times in almost 15 years, but my team's gotten second place seven times. I've only been on the last place team once so far.
Which is why I'll always believe that _a woman_ can be stronger than a man, but in general, females are just built for different things.
It's easier to win a volleyball game against six bricks than it is to win against six gymnasts.

But sometimes, some heavy lifting is required. Even though i'm the boss, i don't make them do that. I do the heavy-lifting myself. Being a man, it's easy for me. No big deal.
One time, a new female hire tried to do what I do: to lift something heavy. (WITHOUT my permission). She injured her back, and quit.
I was a little irritated that she complained to her uncle that I made her do that. Utter BS. I NEVER do such thing, my three long-time female staffs wouldn't be happy if I do that.
I cleared up with him that she was the one lying.
Heavy-lifting is a man's job, and it's just a fact of life, nothing sexist there.
Of course there maybe exceptions: some rare few women may have big physical strength too.

I got my ass kicked by a guy friend who was two years older than me and the difference between us physically being so obvious made me a little uncomfortable. I had to brace for every one of his hits while mine didn’t really affect him. I’m very good at dodging and predicting movements, so I’m able to get more hits on my male opponent, giving me the “upper hand”. He may have to hold back in physical strength, but technique and ability to dodge or throw hits, he doesn’t. Also, sometimes I’m thrown in against guys who are overconfident yet more inexperienced than I am which is why I said it “feels good” when I get the upper hand.
