Believe it or not guys. The subtitles you see all around Tiktok and shorts are made from descript. It has features like Live Words and Future words where you can add specific effect to it. That's how tiktokers do that thing where text being mentioned is highlighted.

These are the best videos for learning Premier Pro. I noticed in some of your videos that you have videos in your source folder at different frame rates. Can you do a video explaining how to make a video using these mixed frame rates that doesn't result in jerky video. That would be great. Oh, and greetings from the UK 🇬🇧

Quick question: which version of Premiere are you using? Currently, I'm working on V 15.2.0 and it doesn't have those features.
Try go to the top bar Windows > Workspaces > Captions and Graphics. Hope this helps
