навивать оребрение на ржавую трубу, это почти тоже самое что ленту повесить рядом, теплоотдача будет минимальна. для качественного оребрения трубы дожны быть минимум оцинкованы, а лучше лужёные.

Спираль должна быть приварена. А тип покрытия не важен. Котлы-утилизаторы по 200т точно так и выглядят. Только спираль к 30 метровым трубам ТВЧ приварена .. а к оцинковке ни чего не приваришь

I am highly impressed of making by them the Finned Tubes, may be they would be able to work on more thicker, wider and varying pitch of Fins on the Tube, they are not using U Bends for Connecting Heating Tube Elements but are Joining them with End Box Type Closers, by which they can not get more higher temperature of the Fluid inside the Tube (Water, Oil or any Gas) Hydro Testing has proved their Working is solid, may they are following any Design and / OR Manufacturing International Standards, Like ASME, BS OR DIN, They can easily put on to Standards if they are not. Sometimes they use water and that helps cool the bit but cutting oil actually helps the bit cut.
