I disagree with him saying that he wont hire people who are less confident and naive or rookie.
There is nothing wrong about a career aspirant with a shaky legs common man you aint gonna judge someone just like that and everyone deserves a chance if he or she has the spirit within to learn and adapt and work together to produce great results.
Good that I left these middle eastern pundits or the so called corporate stalwarts who are too quick to judge and come up with vague reasons like “oh no its not our Norms now “ common dude get a life “
I am pretty sure Dubai is a fake city built by lot of fake people who are still faking it and its all a big mirage out there in Dubai.

Interviewer give a task to me, but they didnt give a complete tool. example lap key board not working properly, pc didnt have ms office, need to work in excel using online excel. lap size is too small.
if I say any question to the interviewer
"is it generate negative feeling?"
