It could be because it's not available on your device yet, or you haven't updated the app yet. Sometimes, apps will have an update but only a select few will have it before anyone else (think about Instagram gifs). Or maybe you haven't updated the app yet. Try updating it if you haven't already and tell me if that worked.

It could be because it's not available on your device yet, or you haven't updated the app yet.
