I hate when people are all like "oh singers these days don't even compare". If you look beyond the mainstream pop we are fed there are plenty of incredible vocalists around. Just seek and you shall find. It's not like the modern era has devolved our voiceboxes or anything... Rather that the media is only presenting us with relatively talentless "entertainers" on a plate for our mindless consumption. Just seek and you shall find some vocals as powerful and stirring as this incredible performance!!

She had been told to hold that final note until all the credits had rolled but her timing was a little off and they rolled for about 45 seconds longer than she anticipated, but like a trooper she hung onto that last note until the end.
