- This new Tiffin GH1 owner opted to have installed the best in Sprinter suspension - the Agile Offroad RIP Kit with the addition of a rear differential cover and wheel speed sensor guards.
He also treated himself to a premium sound system upgrade with the addition of the BeatBox by RoamRig. Two amazing upgrades!

Thank you! This was a comprehensive explanation of the stock Sprinter shock/leaf spring/spacer block assembly as well as the Ride Improvement Plan upgrade. You have a new subscriber as well.
You're welcome! I’m so glad this helped.
You explained this very well. I had all this installed, except the beatbox. I am considering the beatbox, but having a hard time justifying the cost.
Think of it like this: just as we invest in a quality mattress because we spend a third of our lives in bed, the Beatbox is a worthwhile investment considering the amount of time we spend on long drives.
That’s my van. 😂sweet video.
That’s one sweet van! How do you like the ride?
@@terrain4x4adventures with the new setup it drives great. Highly recommend the upgrades.
Thanks for the video on GH1. Have you installed the 45 gallon tank on a GH1 yet? I heard you describe the challenges one will face during installation. Thanks again.
We haven't yet but I'm sure we will.
I had the Van Compass 4.3 on my first van and now I’m thinking if I should install the Rip Kit on my second van. Do you think one kit is better than the other?
Given that I work for Agile Offroad I gotta say that I’m a bit bias. The VC4.3 is certainly an improvement over the stock suspension but the RIP Kit is a much more comprehensive suspension system. Shocks alone do help improve the ride quality and stability, but heavy vans need both increased spring rate and dampening for the optimal improvement in ride quality, stability, and safety. This is why we incorporate a coil over the front strut and a full leaf spring pack in the rear. We also get rid of the 3.5 inch spacer block, essentially taking your van off of high heals. Our upper double shear brackets are substantially larger the the VC Baja brackets offering additional strength and they don’t require drilling making the installation much easier.
